A semi-private session designed for two participants- both clients must purchase a Duet Session, and a confirmed booking partner is required to attend. Ideal for friends or family members who want to move and strengthen together. Please contact us to schedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Group Class: A 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee. Private Session: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee. We must respectfully decline anyone who joins more than 10 minutes late. Please contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
